FENDERFSR Deluxe Player '67 Telecaster Custom (Pre-Owned) - Dakota Red

Description

This gorgeous Fender FSR Deluxe Player ’67 Tele was part of a Fender Special Run (FSR) of guitars made in late 2005. There are thought to have been only 180 of these guitars made, this is a great chance to own a piece of modern Fender history!

Overall the guitar is in very good condition. There are no dents or chips. There are some light polishing scratches in the finish as well as a few cracks in the binding, most notably around the neck plate (this isn’t uncommon on older guitars as the wood can contract and expand in different environments). Frets are in great condition with little-to-no fret wear.

Fender Deluxe hard case is included (minimal damage – a few scuffs here and there) as well as all documentation, tags and even a ‘Made in USA’ sticker which was once stuck to the scratchplate! We have fully serviced and set-up the guitar with a great low action and Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings (10-46).

The Specs

The “Fender Special Run” (FSR) series represents a limited run of guitars with slight variations on a standard Fender guitar theme. In this case, Fender took an American Vintage ’62 Tele (010-6200-854) and made a few changes to create a limited run for the FSR2005 model #9.
